You can order flowers as well as other goods 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Online store Mariella.am is delivering flowers and other types of products on the territory of Armenia from 9 AM to midnight daily. Our specialists can help you find out more about the delivery to cities not present in the general list.

 

Your order will be delivered within the shortest period of time – 4-8 hours. Certain goods can be delivered within one day. Delivery time can be aligned with the client. If the exact delivery time is not aligned with the client, our store specialists deliver goods in time specified in the order.

 

*On the website you can see delivery terms for Yerevan. Exact time of delivery depends on the distance to your city.

 

If the client is absent upon arrival of the courier, after a 20-minute wait he will give an order to a third party (relatives, neighbours, or an administrator in a place of delivery). If a courier does not consider it necessary to leave a third party with the bouquet, it will be returned to the store. Repeated delivery is provided on a paid basis.

 

If an order is cancelled by the client, the money cannot be refunded as it is considered the company’s expenses.

 

On holidays we recommend to make orders in advance: normally it is one day before the assumed event.

the provided data – phone number, first name, last name, address, etc. – are insufficient or incorrect;

the store cannot contact the client and specify all required information.
